Larry fine gets a gold star,as a matter of fact
P & S & Iegrand has a miltitude of combo gfci with up to two sws and a gfci.
Now when doing box fill calcs,since the gfci is 1 sw and there is a 2nd on same yoke do we still count as 1 device or 2.
Now they also make on 1 yoke a gfci device(1) receptacle and 2 switches.Do we count thenm as 1,2 or3 devices.Who would want to make up that 3 device box ?

A duplex is two receptacles on a single yoke but it only counts as one device.
The GFCI / Switch combo is popular in this area for Hotel / Motel bathrooms.

Rules not changed.One yoke so counts as 1 device.Depending on cost i see it as very usefull.

I had to use one of them once, but I forget the exact reason. It runs in my mind that they were about 40 bucks, wholesale. Not something I'd use without some other overwhelming reason.

Could it be the granite installer only cut out 1 box cut for a recep (gfci) and a disposal switch and it was holding up a hefty check when final was signed off ???
I could only imagine the cost of the gfci/2 sw`s in one device

My computer showed what scotts did nothing shown before his post of the three devices.So I asked it again.Maybe it`s my mind I`m losing and not the arguement with myself.
But the dr.said I`m better now as he mummbled but better stay away from sharp objects

And you know you're in really big trouble when the doctor wants to be paid up front in cash, because he doesn't think there is enough time for the check to clear.
