T taptaps Member Mar 31, 2011 #2 The neutral for that circuit is on the GFCI breaker and the neutral from the breaker is on the neutral buss. There are 12 ckts in the panel, I've tried them all one at a time to see if any would work with no luck...

T taptaps Member Mar 31, 2011 #3 The neutrals and grounds are not connect in the panel. Should they be, as this is the main panel???
