GFCI in industrial setting

Are GFCI outlets required near sinks in an industrial or lab setting with the 2008 code? I seem to recall they weren't in 2005, but I forgot to order the tabs for my 2008 code, and I just decided this might be faster than furiously flipping through the tome.
