Gfci in Patient care areas

I do not have a copy of the NFPA 99 an was wandering if a gfci by a sink needs to be Hospital grade . The sinks are in a Pre-op area. These sinks are for staff workers only not patients and are located away from the area where patients are placed.This is in a Surgery Center
 
Unless the sink is in the Patient Bed Vicinity or above a hazardous (classified) anesthetizing location, the answer is no.

Just to be clear. The anesthetizing location does not need to be hazardous to require hospital grade receptacles. They are required in all anesthetizing locations.
