GFCI lighting enclosure in garage?

Hello,

I have a Lutron lighting enclosure in a garage. I'm wondering if I need to use an Arc Fault/GFCI combo breaker as the over current protection device?

Are the garage outlets listed as requiring AFCI protection on 210.12?
How will the Lutron controller be powered, IE will a GFCI be required per 210.8?

So you may need GFCI but not AFCI however many just use dual function AFCI/ GFCI for 120V branch circuits and then you are covered.
