Where is the gfci location in a commercial restaurant? All I can find is wiring methods. Kitchens, baths, outside, 6' of a sink. Is this it.

Any place you want or none at all. There are no requirements to have a receptacle in a non-dwelling bathrooms.

If the op is referring to commercial kitchen receptacles , then yes all of them must have gfi protection, regardless of whether they are serving counter work spaces or are behind large fridges and the like.

Readily accessible
Florida is on 2008 code and requirement of 'readily accessible' for gfci devices came into 2011 nec.

So plan on putting in GFI breakers to make it readily accessible since the equipment will most likely make most of the receptacles in accessible.

you had me wondering what you had been smoking for a bit there, but true there is no requirement to provide most any receptacle in a non dwelling application, but there are some required outlets depending on some conditions, and some of them would require GFCI protection.
However my guess is that is not really what the OP is asking, something tells me he really meant to ask which receptacles (if they exist) are required to have GFCI protection.
My best answer is to tell him to read 210.8(B) carefully, and that the answer will depend on which year of NEC is being used. 2011 NEC has eight places/conditions where GFCI must be used. First 5 or 6 are likely to apply to a restaurant, 6 and 7 are not as commonly going to be found in a restaurant, but maybe not impossible to find somewhere in a restaurant, number 8 is probably not happening in a restaurant.
