Where is the gfci location in a commercial restaurant? All I can find is wiring methods. Kitchens, baths, outside, 6' of a sink. Is this it.
If the op is referring to commercial kitchen receptacles , then yes all of them must have gfi protection, regardless of whether they are serving counter work spaces or are behind large fridges and the like.
