Is there anywhere in the NEC where GFCI protection is required on 208 volts rec within a kitchen or 6' from a sink?

As far as the general rules covered in 210.8 they are all for 15 and 20 amp 125 volt receptacles except the very last item in 210.8(C) mentions boat hoists at any rating 240 volts or less. But you probably don't have a boat hoist in the kitchen

Any other GFCI requirements would be specific to the application and would be covered in code sections that apply to that specific equipment. So the next step is knowing what the equipment is then seeing if there are any GFCI requirements that directly apply to that equipment.
