GFCI on 220/380v system

I am currently working in a location overseas where the voltage is 220/380V. We are using all American style equipment (Eaton panelboards, conduit, outlets, etc.). We are installing convenience outlets on the rooftop. If I interpretate the NEC properly these outlets would not need to be GFCI protected because they are not less than 150v to ground. I personally believe that these outlets should be GFCI protected, but I don't seem to be able to find any American style outlets or breakers rated for this. Everything that is 240V rated is for the typical US configuration of 2-pole 240V, and I can't find Nema 6-20R GFCIs. Is there a way to do this with American style material or is the only way to accomplish this with European equivalent equipment. Or since we are still following the NEC is it necessary?

There are no Class A GFCIs suitable for use on circuits where the circuit voltage exceeds 150 volts to ground.
