GFCI on outdoor 208V, 3-phase, Receptacle?

We have several recycling machines that are outside a grocery store. They are using a 208V, 3-phase, twist-lock, 20 Amp receptacle mounted at 80". Are these required to be GFCI protected? 210.8(B) says 125V, but nothing about 208V.

GFCI not code required for 208 volt receptacles.

You can choose to install one but you do not have too.
