Please confirm that a bath ceiling heat/light/fan does NOT have to be gfci protected.

I grabbed a gfci breaker for a panel change but traced out that circ and saw it went to the heater.

It is not in the shower.

Opinion.

Ac condenser. It's old. Was originally on a 40 two pole fed with 10's nm.

Can't make heads or tails from unit nameplate.

The existing disconnect non fused May be 60 amp.

Inside the unit is a cut sheet that mentions about ten units each being protected by a fusu disconnect.

I think the one I have is the 40
Amp model

Opinion.

On a two pole 30, or 40?

Ok just crawled back under deck. It says
Wire 10. Time delay fuse 30. Max fuse 40

30 or 40?

Starting to lean to the 30

??

Thanks

Rich
