If the cabinet is empty like in the picture, fine, but if it is a normal cabinet with stuff inside, it is not readily accessible.
Accessible, Readily (Readily Accessible). Capable of being reached quickly for operation, renewal, or inspections without
requiring those to whom ready access is requisite to actions such as to use tools, to climb over or remove obstacles, or to resort to
portable ladders, and so forth.
The cabinet contents are obstacles that, in most cases, would have to be removed to access the GFCI.
 
Install the gfci close to the doors and high up in the cabinet then you should be good. You could put a dead front gfci on the counter and be done with it.
