If you install a receptacle on the out side of a deck of a six story apartment building, is gfci required ? I cant find a reference to no grade access above 6-6". in 210.8 (A)3

Wizard if it is an outdoor dwelling unit receptacle it must be GFCI protected, grade level or the fiftieth floor balcony.
Edit: Changed outlet to receptacle.
