I have installed two double pole double throw switches on two 20 A GFCI circuit breakers for Holiday Lighting. One circuit, when I throw the switch from GFCI breaker to regular electrical breaker trips out, the other one does not. Both switches are wired the same way, switching the hot and neutral from totally separate circuits. I can't seem to find what may be wrong, why does one switch cause the breaker to trip and the other not to; or could it be the CFCI breaker?
 
Can you post sketch of what you're trying to do? How I'm interpreting what you're describing doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Which breaker trips? The GFCI or regular? Punctuation may help, sometimes.
 
Your wording sounds like you are switching a L-N load between either a GFCI breaker or "regular" breaker using a DPDT switch, although I'm not sure why you'd want to do that. You would then need another switch to turn ON and OFF the lights.

If this scenario is what you have, maybe one of the DPDT switches is defective. Remove the hot and neutrail wires on the regular breaker side from the DPDT, and then see if the GFCI breaker still trips when moving the switch.

I wanna know what this is all about. "Regular electrical"? Are you trying to set up a situation wherein you can switch your holiday lighting to NOT be on a GFCI? That would not be allowed if it is outdoor lighting!
