Question- those a 3 pole 125V twist lock receptacle near a hose bid and wash down for mops and tools need to be on GFCI? this in a commercial building. Also its with in 6 Feet also there are a few Single phase 50 welder receptacles as well.
 
In general only 15 and 20 amp, 125 volt, single phase receptacles need GFCI protection. Unless there is a mop sink within in 6' of the 125 volt receptacle, the code does not require GFCI protection 210.8(B)
