gfci's next to whirlpool tub

I installed a couple outlets next to a whirlpool tub that are 32 inches from the rim and 32 inches up from the deck. they are to serve the vanity that sits next to the tub. My inspecter tells me that i can not have any outlets anywhere near this location. they are gfci protected, and i see no reason this would be wrong. Does anyone know If this Is In the code book?

Magic I think the inspector is thinking of atricle 680.43A for spa's and hot tubs. nothing within 5 feet of the tub rim. Plus I think it is not a good idea to have something so close to the tub even GFCI protected. To close for me.
