GFCIs on mult iwire circuits

Can you install three GFCI receptacles on a multi wire circuit(that is one dedicated receptacle for each phase) and share a common neutral? Can sharing a common neutral create nuisance tripping of the individual devices?

Yes, as long as you pigtail the neutral to each device. You cannot run the shared neutral though each device or nuisance tripping will result each time a load is applied to the circuit.

Yes you can.
As mentioned by Peter, the supply/line side pigtails have to be on the line side.
