GFDI Faults of SMA Inverter 10000TL-20

I have residential two strings 12kw solar system consisting of 30 Trina 400w panels and SMA 10000TL-20 on-grid inverter, I am facing a problem of insulation resistance with 3501 code, me and my installer did our best to find the ground fault in PV arrays, panels, cables earthing, grounding, nuetral etc. but nothing found abnormal. I have a doubt about the mall function of GDFI relay inside the inverter, can anyone have experience to check GDFI and reset it, Thanks.
