We have a anodize area with some tanks heated by immersion heaters .According to ( 427.22 ) these circuits should be protected by GFEP breakers .These are fed by A Sq D I-line panelboard .Circuits are 2 pole 480V .Does Sq D even make a GFEP circuit breaker of this type ????????

Square D does not make a self contained GFPE @480V for I-line panels. They do make add on GFM ground fault module but they are not as sensitive as mA, and they require your existing breaker to have a 'special' shunt trip mechanism.

I have used stand alone 480V GFPE devices like the HD Pro from TRC (www.trci.net).
