f i have 3 phase load with neutral however the installed GFI breaker inside panel is 3 pole only and we cant change it due to limited panel space
how can we overcome this problem?

The RCBO breaker fixed at panel board is 3 pole however the load connected is 4 pole, how can overcome such problem if there is no enough space at panel board for 4 pole RCBO?

Sounds like a European install where the gfci(RCD) is 4 pole-- neutral hookup on the breaker?

You can add a sub panel and make room in the main panel.

I am not sure I clearly understand, can you please relarify

Two choices both involve installing a second "sub panel".

1. move some circuits from original panel to sub panel to make room for your breaker (if it needs more then 3 pole spaces)

2. install your breaker in the sub panel you installed.

either way you need a breaker with a connection to neutral, you can not get around that part.

3 pole with neutral GFCI is not something you generally see frequently - it may even be something you need to get that is housed in it's own enclosure.
