Are you asking if they need a recep at the sink or if a recep is installed it needs be a gfci?
In that case you don't have to have one in the bathroom.....BUT....if you do have one it needs to be GFCI. Does that make sense?:roll:

The NEC is a safety code, it has no business forcing receptacles in every non-dwelling bathroom. But if the person paying the bills decides to put one in the NEC should require it be GFCI. In my opinion :smile:
