GFI for refrigerator

Im reading that all receptacles in a kitchen must be GFI protected, 210.8(A)(6). However in 210.8(D), specific appliances, there in no mention of refrigerators.
Can you sight a code reference that I could argue my case to not install GFI on refrigerators in the kitchen. Also, Is a wine cooler a refrigerator? Is an ice maker a refrigerator? Florida has been on the 2017 code and is changing in a couple weeks.

If you're under the 2017 code, the receptacle outlets that serve the countertops and receptacle outlets within 6' of a sink are required to have GFCI protection. IIRC.
So, if the refrigerator outlet is more than 6' from the sink, GFCI protection is not required for that outlet.
It doesn't matter what you consider the ice maker and such to be, if their receptacle outlets are within the scope of 210.8(A), GFCI protection is required.
The 2020 code has some changes as does the 2023 code.
