GFI protection for hot tub

I am scheduled to install a hot tub, it is a Sundance 240 volt 60 amp. I have a Murray 60 amp gfi breaker and a pullout disconnect. The installation instructions call for 2 hots and ground, no neutral. Will this be correct? I have no neutral termination on hot tub. Thankful for help in advance

That will work fine. Some tubs have a neutral and others don't but in either case the GFCI needs to be installed. Just connect the white wire from the breaker to the neutral lug in the panel.

I've never heard of a hot tub that did not require a neutral, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I would make double sure that it does not require a neutral before proceeding. Line to line loads will work fine with a GFCI breaker.

We have had many forums members ask the same question because they had tubs without a neutral. I have also seen them

Yup most of the tubs that I have installed do not have a neutral.
