No. This is commercial and this is not a kitchen. My question is why is all of this in the same box? The thing that concerns me is the water connection. Since this is below the floor there is a possibility this pit could fill with water given that the drain was clogged.

Code doesn't mandate this but if it was mine i think i would install either breaker or recepticle

Ok, but what do you do about the 3 phase 100 amp?
You are just looking to put a band-aid on a problem with something that shouldn't have been done that way in the first place. Would you put these receptacles inside of a bath tub then try to figure a way to make them safe?

Rather than hope GFI's will work, you need to put your efforts into getting the electrical into a separate area away from the water.
