GFI Undercabinet Light

If you have an undercabinet light above a sink and the the light is 18" above the sink, does it need to be gfi protected? I see where they raised the height of rec. from 18" to 20", but can't find anything on the lighting.

Not for the light.
Is there a receptacle installed as part of the fixture assembly?
