GFP on a 1200Amp feeder breaker

NEC 230.95 - I have a 3600A, 480/277Volt, 3-phase, 4-wire main switchboard with a 3600A/3P main circuit breaker with GFP. Is the NEC requirement still applies to sub-feeders feeding a sub-distribution board if the feeder breaker is 1200amp. rated?
 
If this is a health care facility, then additional GFP would be required on the feeders per 517.17.

If it not a health care facility, then GFP would NOT be required on the feeders downstream of the main GFP. See 215.10 Ex. No. 2.
