The jobs I have inspected used "Marfina Guard" detection coupled with shunt trip breakers.
You might look at "Bender" website or" Littlefuse""

I get that, it's just that I am having an impossible time trying to find a GFPE breaker for a 100 amp feeder.
It’s cheaper for manufacturers, GFPE breakers sit on the shelf for a long time, so using a readily available shunt trip breaker of any amperage, and a monitor that has a wide range amperage’s makes sense from a manufacturing and warehousing standpoint.
