Had a problem with a PLC input circuit today. We had a 500 ma quick blow fuse go out. Twice. Found some damaged prox sensor cables but it’s sure not like finding an arc and spark mark on the cabinet or holes burned in the flex. We will see. It’s running on our last fuse.

Perhaps you should order a new board. At least have it ready for a back up. You don't want to loose production...

Fairly certain it was on the sensor(s) feeding the input. Two 2 wire and one 3 wire prox. External fusing to that series of inputs. We do have the unit though.
