As far as the conductors ampacity, that is correct.
There are other limiting factors as far as allowable termination ratings.

In my view the question is not valid as to use the tables the temp has to be stated. It should read what is the ampacity at X temp. And as larry stated it would also need to state CU or AL.

Having taken a few licensing exams over the years this is good advice. (y)

From the question you have three factors: conductor size(s), an insulation type, and not more than 3 CCC's in a raceway. That's it, don't complicate it.
