Glue that will bond HDPE to PVC Fittings

Does anyone know of a suitable compound / glue that will adequately bond HDPE Poly into PVC fittings? Regular PVC Glue does not work. I am thinking of an epoxy, but wanted to know if anyone has used a specific product to glue HDPE into PVC Connectors.
 
The best product is this one https://www.polywater.com/en/product/polywater-bonduit-conduit-adhesive/. The product is specifically for electrical conduit and is listed. It is about 60% of the cost of an e-loc coupling (my calculation of labor and material). I turned my directional boring subcontractor on to the product years ago and it is all they use now.
