Vallejo is only 20 miles from where I live and I sure don't see 440%
NEW BUILDING going on there. But they are hiring a building inspector.:roll:

It is a fact we try to keep threads started for the sole purpose of posting a link to a minimum.

That said, you don't have to take your ball and run home. A 'link thread' stands a lot better chance of remaining open if the opening poster talks about why they are posting the link instead of just saying 'Hey check this out'
