Good software to email clients and keep track of information

I am cutting expenses were I can and I no longer need the overpriced Quickbooks online.
Trying to good program to just keep track of information and email quote and invoices

Square

You don't have to pay anything just to use their apps & web interface. They charge payment processing fees for CC payments. Customer can pay w/ a check though and you can indicate that on the invoice.

They don’t have an app for desk top Mac.

The web interface is better than the app.

I also use a Mac.

I'll add a vote for Square. I've been using it for years for credit card processing and have never had any issues.

How much is QB online?

Starts sat $15/mo but rapidly increases with added features. OTOH some features may be worth far more than they actually cost; gotta make that decision yourself. (Like payroll, the software or services aren't necessarily cheap, but with QB I can do payroll for a couple of people in under 10 minutes; the accountant deals with the quarterlies.)
