Gooseneck for data cables

I need to install a gooseneck outside for low voltage cables. I have a floor box in a AV closet that runs to outside the building which stubs out so a vehicle can pull up next to the building and pull cables into the building temporarily. It's shown to install a gooseneck. What I was thinking is if they make a weatherhead that has a flap type cover so access to the raceway would be easy and would keep weather and birds and whatnot out. Any suggestions on a item like this or a different solution would be awesome.
