Gould panel

The Gould panel says to use ITE EQ-P breakers, and I know ITE is Siemens. I wasn't pleased with the Siemens web site. Can someone tell point me to something that will say for sure if the Qxxx breaker is what should be used (or is it something different)?
 
Usually when I buy replacement breakers at Menards, the package says that it can be used in the following panels, with a fairly long list of brands. I'm pretty sure Gould is on the list. I think there's also a warning that the breaker should only be used in panels on the list.

The breakers themselves say Siemens on them, just like any other Siemens breaker.
