Havnt ran any emt lately that would be inspected. Is it still ok to use the conduit for the the equiptment ground and ground the receptacle to the metal box, or do you have to run a green wire in the conduit for the grounding conductor

So if it were NOT going to be inspected it wouldn't matter? :-?

yes it does matter ,it should be properly done . I just wanted to be sure there hasnt been a code change. I study the code changes, Just wanted to be sure I didnt miss it.
 
Can we just add "ground in emt or no ground in emt" to that list that includes "ground up/ground down"??? Someone add 358.60 to the FAQ so we can stop having this same discussion! :)

I guess that means I have "low standards". In fact, the NEC must have "low standards" too.
