Quick question in article 250.119 it refers to equiptment grounding conductor needing to be identified yet several times i've had inspectors ask that the grounding electrode conductor be taped green where it was accessible or visible. I've looked through 250 and 300 a couple of times in both the 2005 and 2008 code book butcant seem to find where this would be required. now just to be clear i'm talking about the ground to the cold water specifically
