Greenhouse grounding?

Does a metal framed greenhouse need to be grounded? The ends of the hoops go into the ground about 2'. The hoops are connected with metal cross tubes. The greenhouse just sits on the dirt, there isn't a concrete pad. 2 layers of plastic are pulled over the hoops and a fan is used to inflate the plastic.

The metal frame should be bonded to the panel or the disconnect that feeds the power to it, that could be done just by mounting the panel on the greenhouse frame, and it needs its own grounding electrode system.
