I have a circuit that has gone dead, along with some lights that belong to another circuit. This other circuit still functions, it's only a set of lights handled by a three gang switches that do not work. The circuit breaker for the dead circuit is fine, transmitting current to the circuit. I suspect a ground opened somewhere and I'd like to find the spot where the circuit died inside walls or ceiling. Would the Greenlee CS8000 do this?

If not, is there any equipment that will pinpoint where a break to the circuit happened?

Thank you.
