Greyed out upload button in studio 5000

When I connecting to a 1756-EN2TXT/D controller via RSlink classic, the "Upload" button is grayed out.
After uploading the EDS files, it shows the controller but the upload button is still grayed out.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Studio 5000-> version 21.0
RSlink classic-> version 3.51.01

Possibly the cpu is not in remote or program mode.

Or you are not pointed to the actual cpu. An ent2 is the Ethernet adaptor. You need to drill down to the rack and then to the cpu.
