Ground bar vs Neutral bar in Main panel

I am adding a subpanel, and I am trying to determine which bus bar in the main panel is for the grounds and which one is for the neutrals. I are they even seperate? I know in the subpanel they are separate so I was thinking maybe they are bonded together in the main panel. Thanks for any help.
