ground conductor

Hi I just recent find a company and they don't run a ground wire is like going back to the 70 just want to know if there is any especific section on the nec to make this a rule or still using the electrical conduit legal

EGC's are listed in 250.118. Some metallic conduits are listed for use as an EGC without an additional conductor. Still applicable even under the 2011 NEC.
