Ground connections

Can someone tell me where in the NEC it is stated
that if you use a wirenut on a ground connection
it must be green?

A red wirenut can be used for any connection including the equipment ground.
A green wirenut can only be used for the equipment ground.
It has to do with how the product is tested and listed, this information is on the product box.
I have confirmed this with Ideal and there is a graphic in Mike Holts GvB text on it.
