Ground Fault Detector

If the electric Utility provoides a 3 phase 480 volt delta service, does article 250.21 (B) require ground fault detector be installed. In a a building serviced b a 208 3phase system and a 208 to 480 v olt transformer is installed and the secondary is a 480 delta is a grouind fault detector required on the 480 volt secndary

A ground detector would be required if the 480V delta service or sds is left ungrounded. If the delta is grounded, then no detector is required.
