Ground Fault on Emergency Systems

If one forgoes ground fault on the emergency system in keeping with paragragh 700.26, 700.7 requires that audible and visual signal(s) be provided. At the end of this paragragh it indicates that "Instructions on the course of action to be taken in event of indicated ground fault shall be located at or near the sensor location".

What exactly should these instructions include?
