anyone have historical #'s for ground mount PV installs?

specifically for larger installs - 1.5M or larger

specifically the cost per watt for electrical?

A recent project in GA I bid, had a roof mount that was about $6,750/kw.
This was on 6 buildings and was a total of about 325kw.

I would say it's going to vary greatly by design, and what you mean by "electrical". Are you responsible for the inverter? The modules? What kind of module is it? (aka 'high voltage' or 'high current'?) Does the inverter have GFI protection? What's lightning like in the area? How high off the ground does the rack get? How do local inspectors feel about 'mechanical damage' provisions in the NEC? Are there animals around who like to munch on wire? Are the modules using MC3 or MC4 connectors, or something else entirely?

In short I wouldn't trust any easy answers on this question.
