ground mounted PV array

I have PV disconnect that is grounded and rest of the system is bonded. However, modules, strings and array are ground mounted. Are they required to have grounding electrodes? Any additional special rules?

It depends if you're on a code with 690.47(D) or not. 2014 had it, 2017 doesn't.

(It's a pretty silly requirement, especially if your ground mount has a lot of metal piers in the ground like most of them do.)
