Is GPR the most accurate option to locate existing conduit feeders that are located below or in the exiting concrete floor slab? 1960 building... the existing floor is being drilled and cut in several locations.

Possibly. Columbo solved a case using GOR once. 😀
That aside, I have witched underground conduit with copper wire on a few occasions. I can't explain it, but it worked. Good luck,
