Ground question for pro's

Hey doing some smart switch install's here in AB Canada, and I'm not a 100% sure with the grounding code or what's the proper way of doing it.

Am I able to run two ground wires under the same screw ? As well all of the grounds were cut short as you can see in the picture so i cant really pigtail them.


What's the proper way to go about this, picture attached.. and any help is much appreciated
