Have any of you seen a decent RFQ specification for soliciting quotations from contractors for Ground Resistance Measurements on installed systems?

All of my grounding systems are multiple ground rods with bonding to exposed steel.

Sure would appreciate your help.
 
It seems to me that you (1) Are in need of the services of a contracting company to perform a ground resistance test, (2) Wish to send out a Request for Quotation to get bids for that service, and (3) Need a sample specification to describe the work, so that you can include the sample with your RFQ.

Did I get that right?

I do not have a sample myself. I just wanted to help clarify the question.
 
I have seen plenty of RFQ's for ground resistance testing. IMO few are worth forwarding, they generally WAY to open for interpertation. I prefer a SPEC that spells out exactly what the end user expects, less room for errors.
