Ground ring or not

I have three ground rods 8 feet apart connected by one continuous 24 feet long minimum #2 awg copper in a circle but does not encircle the building. Would this be ground ring or just ground rods?

It is not a ring if it doesn't encircle the structure.

What you have is often called a Triad when the 3 rods are in a triangle.

And why 3 rods? Sounds like typical dirt worship design usually employing 3/4"X10' rods.
