Ground rod for 15' lighting pole.

I was wondering if it is required to have a lightning protection ground rod bonded on each light pole by NEC.
I try to find but didn't find anything. I do have ground wire #8 for the poles with the power supply.

No, only the EGC. If the mast is metal in a concrete base a rod would add no value
